Our Tennessee licensure is statewide, which matters more than it sounds. Asbestos inspection is licensed state by state, and Tennessee’s geography means several of its major markets sit right on a border — Chattanooga against Georgia, the Tri-Cities against Virginia. Firms that hold a single state license have to turn that work away.
We hold Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Virginia. A property in North Georgia twenty minutes from downtown Chattanooga is the same phone call as one in Hamilton County. So is a building on the Virginia side of State Street in Bristol.
East and Middle Tennessee is our core — it’s where we’re based and where scheduling is fastest. Chattanooga, the Tri-Cities and surrounding States are travel markets: fully served, but call a few days ahead where you can. Urgent insurance and restoration work gets prioritized regardless of distance.

Travel Markets
How scheduling works outside Middle Tennessee
We want to be straight about this rather than let you find out after you call. Nashville and the surrounding counties are where we schedule fastest — often within a few days, sometimes same week for urgent claims.
Knoxville, Chattanooga, and the Tri-Cities are travel markets. The work is the same and the licensure is the same, but the logistics need a little more lead time. On non-urgent work — a planned renovation, pre-purchase due diligence, a commercial survey with a known start date — give us a few days’ notice and it’s straightforward.
Urgent insurance and restoration work is different. Those jobs have a contractor or an adjuster waiting, and we prioritize them regardless of where the property sits. Call rather than emailing if the clock is running.
Commercial and large projects are largely distance-insensitive. If the scope justifies the trip, the drive isn’t the deciding factor — the licensure is, and we have it.
