Plenty of people call us convinced they need a full survey when a focused test on two materials would answer their question. Others assume they can skip testing entirely on a project where it’s genuinely required.
A consultation is the conversation that sorts that out. We review your project scope, the age and construction of the property, what triggered the question, and what your jurisdiction and your insurer actually require. Then we tell you what testing makes sense — and what doesn’t.
Because we don’t perform abatement, there’s no larger contract waiting at the end of this conversation. The advice is the product.

Is a consultation free?
A quick conversation about whether you need testing costs nothing — call us and ask. A scheduled consultation that involves reviewing project documents, or an abatement scope is billable. We’ll tell you which one you need before you commit to anything.
Will you tell me if I don’t need testing?
Yes. It happens regularly and we’d rather be the company you call back next time than the one that sold you a survey you didn’t need. Not performing abatement means we don’t have a downstream contract riding on finding something.
Can you review another company’s inspection report?
Yes. Second-opinion review is a common request, especially when a report triggers a large abatement quote. We’ll go through the findings, the sampling methodology, and whether the proposed remediation scope is proportionate to what was actually found.
